Charming clean hotel with accommodating staff who made the stay a very comfortable experience. Exceptionally clean rooms with fireplace, food lovely. Amazing and beautiful location on a slope overlooking the Ingapirca sun temple, and only about 15 minutes' walk to Ingapirca centre. Also, easy to get to Ingapirca Ruinas.

The room with a fireplace was lovely, and my bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was amazing, being very close to the ancient ruins. Additionally, being situated just off a garden on a slope overlooking the Ingapirca sun temple at over 10,000 feet elevation in the Canar Andes in Ecuador was truly breathtaking.

The hotel is located in a beautifully restored old hacienda, set in a garden overlooking the ancient ruins. The gardens are a paradise, full of wildlife and beautiful old trees. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with antique furniture. The staff is friendly and attentive. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the ruins, allowing for an early morning visit before the crowds arrive.
Some areas of the hotel were closed off during our stay, and the staff was sometimes difficult to find. The bathroom was cold and lacked heating.

First of all, the location of this hotel is absolutely incredible. Nestled in the cold Andean highlands, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys. And speaking of value for money, this place really delivers. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with some attractive furniture. Plus, having a room with a bathroom with a bath and a fireplace was a game-changer. It made our stay cozy and memorable. Lastly, I have to mention the breakfast. It may have been simple, but the taste was exceptional, leaving us satisfied and ready for our day of exploring.
All in all, our stay was fantastic and we didn't encounter any major issues.

Great fireworks and hot chocolate. My friends and I were excited to spend New Year's Eve at this hotel. the fireworks were amazing and the hot chocolate was a great complimentary touch. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and close to a few local attractions.
Uncomfortable room and poor water pressure. Unfortunately, the room was very uncomfortable and cramped.
